I ordered an Ibanez RGD421 and received it within a day of making the purchase. This guitar was not even released in Australia yet however the Guitar Center went the extra mile to get me one. The guitar was in mint condition and the factory settings were done perfectly, all the intonations were 100% spot on and the string height was exactly how you would expect a brand new guitar to be. The strings were untouched, no marks or corrosion and was perfectly in tune from the moment I pulled it out of the box.

Andrew from Ibanez Guitar Centre was incredibly easy to deal with and answered all my questions with honest direct easy to follow answer's and provided helpful advice to help me look after the guitar. It's rare that you get service like this from a first contact point of view, normally you would have to buy heaps of stuff for a music store to even acknowledge you existence. The price was also heaps cheaper than expected.

If I was ever in need of another Ibanez, I would be bringing my business back here.

I'd been looking for a well priced Ibanez 7 string for some time, and through a bit of research on the net, found out about the Ibanez Guitar Centre. I checked their site and a shiny new RGD2127Z was available. I've had an RG before and I know how good that line is for metal, which is what I mostly play. I wasn't thinking of getting a Prestige though, due to the extra digits in the price tag, but to my surprise it was actually affordable. I fired an e-mail and got a reply within minutes, which was something else I didn't expect.

I made the payment and my guitar was flying out that afternoon. It wasn't long before I had it sitting in front of me in all it's midnight-black glory. It was even properly setuip and intonated, I've never made a new purchase and not had to tweak something! I'm not affiliated with Andrew and the team at Ibanez Guitar Cente, but I would highly recommend you check out what they have to offer, as they provided me with a good buying experience and professional customer service. I bought an Ibanez S5470TKS from you last year and at the time I was impressed by your competitive pricing and prompt delivery. However when it comes to after sales service, a supplier has the opportunity to show their true colours. After 9 months of pure pleasure playing my Ibanez I experienced a problem with the lock nut on the strings. Not expensive, but can very quickly render the guitar useless as the string couldn't be changed once the nut split.

I reported the problem to you on Friday night by email and received a prompt reply from you at 4:15AM on Saturday morning!! Once we established exactly which part number was needed you ordered a replacement from the supplier immediately. Even though the supplier was the slowest part of resolving the problem, I still had the replacement part here and installed before the strings needed changing. No fuss and no charge, thanks to your local warranty support.

The RG870QMZ HVV is amazing, the colour is to die for. The neck is different from other Ibanez necks that i have tried but i like it more because it is slightly more rounded. I came across the Ibanez Guitar Centre website while searching google for Ibanez Artcore guitars. Took a drive down to the listed address in Brighton and was a little annoyed to find that they don't actually sell the guitars listed on the website from that address. Anyway, organized the purchase of the guitar I wanted via e-mail with a bloke called Andrew, who gave me the option of buying a case. I knew I'd have to take his best judgement that the case properly fits the guitar. Guitar and case were shipped from the Sydney warehouse on Wednesday, arrived at my door in Adelaide well packed and in perfect condition on Friday. The case is actually a little too deep for the guitar but I don't really care; a rolled up towel under the tail end fixes that. Overall great service, if I ever want another Ibanez I'll probably go with them again.

I first discovered IGC (Ibanez Guitar Centre) when I was looking to buy a new guitar a couple of years ago.

The only dealers I knew of close (the main one....you know which one I'm talking about) were way too overpriced with everything, so I ventured online...and discovered Ibanez guitar centre. Not only did they have a huge range, but they were much more affordable for the very same thing! I found that red guitar that I was looking for and still love it to bits. Since then I have bought a pearl white fretless bass (I don't even know where else I'd find one of those) and got a new semi-acoustic last week (a gorgeous instrument, my new crush) at a discount because of their Summer Sales. They have a massive range, quick fast delivery and they are always much more affordable than anywhere else. I really can't recommend them high enough because next time I want a guitar, they will be the first place I go! Cheers :)
